Civil Litigation
Craig believes an aggressive approach is a necessity in U.S. litigation. He has used this approach in practice in federal and state courts around the country, in national and international arbitrations, and before administrative law judges. While mediation often proves to be a successful alternative, Craig believes that negotiation through strength leads to the best results.

Since 1998, Craig has represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters, but he is experienced in resolving simple matters, as well. Example representations include:
-
Software companies in disputes arising from development services
-
Competitors in intellectual property infringement claims
-
Internet companies in claims brought by purchasers of goods
-
Services companies in collections actions against customers—and actions by customers against service companies
-
Both employers and employees in discrimination and breach of contract claims (such as NDA and non-disparagement clauses)
-
Company founders against claims of member oppression.
Craig is recognized as having significant expertise in dealing with highly technical subject matters such as software development, Internet operations, and biopharmaceutical drugs and delivery devices.
Intellectual Property
Most companies already have established intellectual property rights, even if the companies are not aware of it. Trademarks and copyrights arise on their own; typically, as soon as they are used for commercial purposes, even without registration. Trade secrets do not require registration—but they do require taking specific steps to protect them.

Craig has substantial experience in intellectual property (excluding patents) and handles every aspect: from initial counseling, through registration (where required), through maintenance and protection, to enforcement by litigation, where necessary.

Craig has the expertise to assist clients in understanding the scope of the intellectual property rights they already possess and in taking all appropriate steps to keep those intellectual property rights secure.
Health Care
During his time at a big law firm, Craig developed a familiarity with legal issues surrounding many well-known drugs and drug delivery devices, as well as the providers who prescribed and used them. Since then, he has used this experience to advise and represent a variety of healthcare providers on related issues—some specific to the healthcare field and some typical of all businesses.

Recently, Craig has provided legal counsel to for-profit companies that are preparing to meet the need of the new and emerging psychedelic-assisted therapy industry. As part of his support for the development of this industry, Craig was proud to serve as a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Psychedelic Bar Association, an organization of several hundred lawyers throughout the country who, among other things, offer and provide legal representation to the various businesses—both established and new—that serve and plan to serve patients in the field.
